We
spread one grated carrot in front of the entrance to the bush tunnel
where we saw Braveheart yesterday. He doesn't scare easily so we hope
he will convince the others to come out. BH came out to eat and others
were curious from other parts of the bushes but they didn't come
close.

BH
and another rabbit came out to eat the shredded carrot. Only BH stayed
when we got close. We saw a baby today but it ran faster than the
adults.

There
were so many dogs running around the park off of leashes that the
rabbits didn't come out at all. We see them far away but no where near
our spot. Not even BH. The dogs would go right into the bushes. The
owners seems to think it was funny to watch and one was training his
dog to hunt.
We did see three babies in another part though.
They are so cute!

They let me be really close to them today. I got some great pictures. They have been added to the slide show. I am still hoping I get one of the really little ones to trust me. Mom says they are safer if they run from everything.

We have watched the bunnies for a few days now but really haven't seen much. They are more jumpy than before. I also haven't seen Braveheart in the last couple of visits. I think it's because the time we go there are lots of dogs. I think it's mean when people tell their dogs to chase the bunnies. We did see a lot of bunnies on the main street under the park yesterday. We figured they were there since the hill is full of tunnel holes but I haven't seen them there before. I added some new shots to the slide show.

We were at the
park earlier than usual today, at lunchtime, and we didn't see a single
bunny. We left carrot out in the usual spots. Dad said they would come
out when it cooled down in the evening.

Our
car hasn't been working so we haven't been here in a while. I was
worried they would have forgotten us. They didn't they were a little
more shy than usual but they were really young and are always jumpy.

Our
car is officially not working at all. I don't know when we will be able
to go visit the bunnies again. Mom says that we will have to start over
when we do because the babies will be all grown up then.
